The primary warehouse carries spares and complete systems for the VAX – Alpha – Integrity product lines, with support for Digital and HP communications, storage and ancillary products.

Thorough testing of spares and contingency systems by a staff of HP accredited and experienced engineers make us the preferred partner for many business critical sites.

Our policies and procedures are flexible to give you the support that meets your technical, environmental and personnel needs. We offer SLAs to meet your budget and response needs with Time and Materials options, secondary engineering support or full service plans.

We also offer telephone support for engineers and end users globally. Our sophisticated email ticketing system provides a prompt and timely response to customer queries and requests 24 hours a day, everyday.

VMS and Tru64 UNIX support are specializations that enhance the support bundle. As an ‘authorised HP Business Critical Systems and Services Reseller’ we have the tools, trained staff and experience to make support a seamless effort process.
